My Vision
I built this practice after repeatedly seeing capable teams struggle with the same problem: pricing models, forecasts, and data platforms existed, but when it was time to decide, none of them were trusted. Leaders debated numbers instead of acting. Sales worked around pricing. Forecasts became guidance, not commitments. The issue wasn’t effort or intelligence — it was execution credibility.
My work is focused on restoring that credibility. I help leadership teams make pricing, forecasting, and data systems harder to ignore and easier to follow by fixing the structures behind them — not just the models. That means embedding discipline into incentives, systems, and operating cadence so decisions are trusted and enforceable. Especially in PE-backed environments, where speed and pressure are constant, clarity isn’t optional. Decisions should support execution, not slow it down.
